We work with permanent mold castings, doing custom made toolings according to your necessities. We study your aluminum casting project and design a tooling for your product, and cast it in the aluminum alloy of your preference.
Permanent mold castings are ideal for big scale productions, it helps to standarize a process and optimizes its production times, if you are looking to manufacture a large amount of pieces quote with us your project we will be glad to serve you.
We also provide a green sand casting service, which allow us to attend low quantity casting projects while mantaining a great quality and versatiity, our quality standards in this process are highly strict and we are continously improving our systems.
If you do not count with a model or tooling we can make them for you, we have an in huse modeling shop which allow us to give you a better service and also to make improvements in real fast time.
